Bellamy laughs off Storm pressure claims
Melbourne coach Craig Bellamy has laughed off claims his side is under more pressure than Parramatta in Sunday's NRL grand final as a "fantasy".
Eels fullback Jarryd Hayne fired the first shot in the grand final preparations by putting the heat on the Storm, who have played in the three previous deciders but only won one premiership.
But Bellamy says both sides are under equal pressure in the decider considering they're chasing the same major prize.
"It's all pretty predictable I suppose," said Bellamy of the talk of his side being under more pressure.
"We are both under pressure, I don't think we are under more pressure than Parramatta.
"It's a grand final as everyone knows and we are both under as much pressure as each other."
Bellamy on Tuesday named an unchanged squad for the grand final, with former Kiwi Test forward Wairangi Koopu the 18th man.
Storm: Billy Slater, Steve Turner, Will Chambers, Greg Inglis, Dane Nielsen, Brett Finch, Cooper Cronk, Aiden Tolman, Cameron Smith (capt), Brett White, Adam Blair, Ryan Hoffman, Dallas Johnson. Interchange: Ryan Hinchcliffe, Jeff Lima, Ryan Tandy, Scott Anderson, Wairangi Koopu (one to be omitted).
