Richmond's coaching overhaul continues
New Richmond coach Damien Hardwick will head up an almost completely overhauled coaching group after the AFL club announced Jade Rawlings is leaving.
Rawlings, who was a Tigers' assistant and coach of their VFL affiliate Coburg, took over as caretaker when Terry Wallace stood down mid-season.
But both he and development coach Craig McRae will leave Tigerland to work in coaching roles with Brisbane next season.
McRae was a triple-premiership player with the Lions.
Other Richmond assistants Brian Royal and David King have already left the club, along with forward scout Gordon Casey.
Former Tigers captain and star player Wayne Campbell is the one assistant who will stay on under Hardwick.
