Inu dumped to NSW Cup
Parramatta centre Krisnan Inu has paid the price for the Eels' poor start to the season after being dumped for Friday night's NRL match against Brisbane.
Instead of running onto Suncorp Stadium, Inu will trot out onto suburban ground Ringrose Park on Sunday afternoon with NSW Cup side Wentworthville Magpies.
Inu, who played Test football with New Zealand last year, was the only player dumped by coach Daniel Anderson following the club's embarrassing 48-18 loss to the Bulldogs on Sunday.
He has been replaced by Taulima Tautai.
Anderson claimed after the game that some of his players played without pride against the Bulldogs.
Eric Grothe will miss the game with a back injury while Nathan Hindmarsh returns after missing the Bulldogs debacle with a wrist injury.
