Anzac Day AFL tickets becoming scarce
Tickets are already becoming scarce for the AFL's Anzac Day blockbuster between Essendon and Collingwood at the MCG.
The AFL has announced that public ticketing allocation for the annual match is "currently exhausted".
In a media statement, the AFL added: "there remains only a very limited number of standing room tickets on-sale for AFL members to purchase.
"Any remaining tickets - including restricted view and public standing room - will be released to the general public, club members and AFL members on Wednesday, 22 April at midday."
The game is regarded as one of the highlights of the AFL season and routinely attracts well over 80,000 fans.
