McEwen wins Tour de France sixth stage
Australian cyclist Robbie McEwen has won the sixth stage Tour de France to retain the points leader's green jersey.
Belgian rival Tom Boonen finished third to retain the overall race lead.
McEwen moved to second place, 12 seconds behind Boonen, with fellow Aussie Michael Rogers third overall, 21 seconds from the lead.
Victory, after a 190km ride through Brittany, was McEwen's third stage win in the first week of the three-week race.
