The revamped FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, officially named Mundial de Clubes FIFA, is set to debut in the USA in 2025 with 32 of the world's biggest clubs competing for the ultimate prize in club football.

THE TOUR

Our tour schedule will be announced after the host cities and dates for each stadium are finalised by FIFA. As with the FIFA World Cup we expect to have options for the group stage plus the knockout stages of the tournament.

The tournament's group stage commences Sunday 15 June, with the Final scheduled for Sunday 13 July, 2025.

HOST CITIES

Host cities for the 2025 tournament are yet to be announced. However, with the USA set to host the FIFA World Cup in 2026, these stadiums are tipped to feature high on the list of candidates:

THE TOURNAMENT

The expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ tournament will consist of 32 teams and will adopt the same format used for the FIFA World Cup up to and including Qatar 2022.

Participating clubs will be drawn into 8 groups of four teams, with each team playing the other 3 teams in their group once. The top two teams in each group will then progress to the Round of 16 knockout stage, followed by the quarter-finals, semi-finals and Final.

PARTICIPATING CLUBS

Clubs are selected via a pre-determined criteria from each of FIFA's six Confederations, including the recent Champions League winners plus latest rankings. Currently 19 of the 32 clubs are already determined, with the remaining 13 to be decided at the end of each relevant Confederation's 2024 season.
