Italy's Bergamasco out of Wallabies Test
Italy and Stade Francais flanker Mauro Bergamasco has been ruled out of Italy's international Test match against Australia this weekend with a shoulder injury and has returned to Paris.
The 31-year-old missed last weekend's 22-16 defeat to Argentina in Verona but has now been ruled out of both the Australia game in Florence and the Fiji clash in Modena on November 27.
An Italian Rugby Federation statement said the back-row forward has suffered a partial tear in the shoulder muscle, which happened during training last week.
No-one has been called up as a replacement.
