Uruguay's Diego Godin in doubt
Three of Uruguay's players trained apart from the rest of the squad Monday, four days before the World Cup quarterfinal against Ghana.
Diego Forlan, Diego Godin and Diego Perez jogged around the pitch while the rest of the squad did ball drills in the first 15 minutes of training.
Godin is the main concern for Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez. The defender injured his left thigh during the 2-1 win over South Korea on Saturday.
Uruguay, meanwhile, signed an agreement with Kimberley's local government to help form a football team in the city within the next five to six years.
"We have a moral obligation," Uruguay football association president Sebastian Bauza said. "Kimberley was a heavenly complex. It was our home."
