Gwilt escapes suspension with early plea
St Kilda's James Gwilt will escape suspension after he pleaded guilty to bumping Hawthorn's Jordan Lewis.
The Saints utility escaped with a reprimand and 93.75 points on his record for the bump, which happened during the third quarter of the Launceston clash on Saturday.
He was the only player reported during Round 19.
St Kilda, who remain unbeaten and on top of the AFL table, could regain a host of stars to play the Bombers this week, with Nick Riewoldt, Brendon Goddard, Leigh Montagna, Lenny Hayes and Nick Dal Santo all in line for selection.
