Tonga's Uaisele cautioned for tackle
Tonga's Etuate Uaisele has been cautioned over a tackle in the 24th minute of Monday night's 22-20 rugby league World Cup victory over Ireland at Parramatta Stadium.
Uaisele was found to have made unnecessary conduct with the head or neck of an opponent.
Under World Cup rules, tournament match commissioner Greg McCallum can issue a caution in lieu of a suspension should he deem it appropriate.
No player can receive more than one caution during the tournament.
Uaisele is free to play in Friday night's clash with arch-rivals Samoa at Penrith Stadium.
