Buckley set to break captaincy record
Collingwood has signalled captain Nathan Buckley will play in Friday night's AFL match against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium.
The game will mark the 154th time Buckley has captained Collingwood, breaking the club record set by Magpies legend Syd Coventry from 1925-34.
There had been speculation Buckley might sit out this interstate trip to freshen him up for next month's finals series.
Out-of-form key forward Chris Tarrant could miss Friday night because of ongoing shin soreness.
